“ First of all, this isn't the only shake shack in this terminal and some of the other reviews (definitely the one referencing gate 22) might be referring to the other, idk. When I dropped by at about 5:30 PM on a Wednesday, the line was a bit long as was the wait - I probably waited 5 minutes on line and 10 minutes for the food. But considering how many people were ordering, I think those were really great wait times. The employees had a pretty good production line going to handle the demand. The food was cheap for airport food - a cheeseburger for 8.79 tax is pretty decent for an airport. I guess if your flight is close to boarding then skip it in case you get held up. If you're like me and arrive hours in advance, then I think this is a pretty good bet. ”
